Intrinsyc to Report 2008 First Quarter Financial Results

Vancouver, BC – April 30, 2008 – Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX: ICS), a global wireless software solutions provider, will release its financial results on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (1:00 p.m. Pacific Time) for the 2008 first quarter ended March 31, 2008.

The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the 2008 first quarter financial results at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific Time) the same day. The call may be accessed toll-free in North America by dialing +1-866-400-2280, and internationally by dialing +1-416-850-9143 approximately 10 minutes prior to the start of the call.

The conference call will also be broadcast live over the Internet and available for replay in the Conference Calls section on the Company’s web site.
