Intrinsyc to Report Transition Period Financial Results
Vancouver, BC – March 4, 2008 – Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX: ICS), a global wireless software solutions provider, will release its financial results on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (1:00 p.m. Pacific Time) for the four-month period of September 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007. As previously reported, Intrinsyc has changed its fiscal year end from August 31 to December 31. Accordingly, the Company is required to report financial results for this transition period.
The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the transition period financial results at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific Time) the same day. The call may be accessed toll-free in North America by dialing +1-866-400-2280, and internationally by dialing +1-416-850-9143 approximately 10 minutes prior to the start of the call.
The conference call will also be broadcast live over the Internet and available for replay in the Conference Calls section of the Company’s web site.
